Our goal at Investify is to identify communities that require infrastructure improvements and support their growth with thoughtful, respectful development that aligns with local needs. Currently, we are nearing completion on more than a dozen residential fix-and-flip homes, as well as multi-family units totaling over 100 apartments. Our latest project is a 16-acre subdivision in an emerging community, where there is a strong demand for reliable, quality housing.
